Without one, major financial implications may arise when you try to claim insurance or sell the property. We provide manufacturer warranties for all of the products and materials we use on the job, as well labour warranties for services provided. All warranties specific to your job will always be clearly written on your signed contract under the terms of services. All transferrable product warranties will be organized and given to you at the final meeting and closing inspection walkthrough.
After we have discussed the project, provided an estimate, and completed a contract that specifies your budget and timeline, we obtain the deposit in order to move forward with our obligations. Because we are responsible for expenses like architects, geotechs and site surveys as detailed in the contract, we do require some insurance from the client in the form of a deposit. That way, neither us or the client goes into anything without some commitment on the part of both parties.
Yes. The certificate we provide verifies the insurance and contains information on types and limits of coverage, insurance company, policy number, named insured, and the policies’ effective periods.
Yes. Our specialized Customer Relation Management system ensures on and off-site accountability by compiling information on points of contact between our client and our company – which includes our website, telephone, live chat, direct mail, and social media. By logging all communication, our clients have a paper trail to refer to when referencing the finished project.

Our initial consultation, onsite visit, and estimate are free of charge. We believe in building a relationship and showing you our level of commitment. Once we have come to terms and designed a contract that meets your needs a deposit will be required to move forward. This stage is what we call the “Preconstruction Phase” and depending on the size of the project the rest will be scheduled through Phases 1-3. However; your contract will have very specific information including a payment schedule which is outlined in detail.
At Valroc, we are lucky enough to have an amazing administration who keeps every project organized and moving forward. You will receive invoices and receipts for all transactions in a respectful and timely manner. You will also be sent all transferable product warranties, permit inspection approvals and notices on up and coming events such as your next milestone and meetings.

We have an extensive safety program which was crafted by an independent health and safety organization that details the roles and responsibilities of everyone in our organization, proper project coordination, education and training, specific safety rules and accident / incident reporting. It is outlined in an organized manual that is referenced by all employees upon taking action in any project.

If a business is accredited by BBB, it means BBB has determined the business meets accreditation standards, which includes a commitment to make a good-faith effort to resolve any consumer complaints.
Yes. Proof of a business’s WCB coverage can be quickly and easily confirmed through worksafe’s website. Fill out the ‘clearance letter application’ with your name, and the business’s WorkSafeBC account number or precise legal or trade name. You can search up to 150 businesses at once. Make sure that the clearance letter describes the status of the business as “active and in good standing” and is honoured up to the date to which the firm has satisfied its assessment remittance requirements.
